My wife and I booked FreeRun for our journey to Manchester Airport on 10 September and return 24 September 25. When our flight landed I got a text from the driver saying he was ready to pick us up having tracked our arrival. When we got to the car park the driver loaded our luggage into his car. During the journey home he was polite chatty and made the journey back very happy and stress free. On our outward journey the driver too was very friendly and on time. We booked the taxi online from Morocco, the company was very responsive and gave the best price for our journey from the airport. I booked the taxi and shared the flight number, unfortunately the flight was delayed and on top of that the baggage was also delayed. The taxi driver sent a text informing us he was at the airport and to let him know when we collected our baggage. Due to the delays the taxi company did not charge extra and were very professional throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for the price and the highly professional service it provided. From now on i will be using this company for all my airport pickup and drop offs.
Freerun were absolutely brilliant. At short notice they collected my son and brought him safely home in his wheelchair. Both driver and phone operator were lovely to talk to. I'll definitely use them again . Thank you
We booked a return journey from Oldham to Manchester airport both drivers were on time very friendly and helpful loading/ unloading our cases , when we landed the driver sent text to advise us to contact him when we had our luggage, we then had very short wait to be collected, would recommend this company 100%.

The staff were really kind and supportive with my teenage son, who went on his own in a taxi to his college taster day. He was quite nervous and he said he felt really looked after by the driver. Very much appreciated and would defo recommend. Thank you very much.
First time using freerun. Estate car took us to airport was too small but when I phoned for return trip an 8 seater was arranged at an additional cost. Very competitive prices and both drivers where excellent and displayed great customer service. Will definitely use these again, thanks 👍

I have been using FreeRun since September 2024 and have an account set up, I get taxi every morning for work and school run and they have never been late, I have also used for airport drop off and pick up and the taxi was at the terminal on time and waiting. I like that you can pay monthly bills. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Definitely 5* service to Jay and the team. Definitely recommend.
